Injury Update - Positive Things


With 2011 upon us, I thought it’d be a good thing to write about how well my recovery is going so far. The pain in my leg has become very minimal, so I’m able to walk around without too much pain. Thankfully with all the research I have been doing, I am able to do certain stretches and exercises that help rehabilitate and strengthen certain muscles in my legs.

Too bad I’m not out of it yet. I still got a long ways to go before I can even think about running again. I don’t even think I’m able to go on a stationary bike without feeling pain. It’s been a long process, but I’m confident that I’ll be able to start putting some strides out on the street. All I got to do is continue the rehabilitation process, and hope for the best.
